What began as a Band driven economic development initiative to connect First Nations with the mountain resort economy evolved into a bigger discussion of reconciliation, sharing, and acknowledgement of resort impacts and opportunities for neighbouring Aboriginal communities. Through dialogue with Band membership the beginning of a relationship building framework was created. (in collaboration with Castlemain Group)
