Changing a non-profit’s direction from roadside zoo to provincial wildlife advocate. 

 

Preparation of two masterplans and participation as a board member helped reposition a valued community amenity and tourist attraction to better achieve the organization's mission of conservation through education. The park attracts over 100,000 visitors annually to encounter injured or incapable of release animals.
