Land Planning

We assist with the start-up of property development. Land selection, due diligence, development opportunity assessment, land use plans, special area plans, and public consultation are part of our front-end services that inform decision making and set direction. 

Site and Facility Design

We evolve function and form through site analysis, concept plans, master plans, illustrative drawings, design guidelines, and detailed design co-ordination. We also offer interior space planning for institutional, commercial, and residential facilities. 

Development Implementation

We facilitate implementation by completing land acquisitions, rezonings, subdivision approvals, development variances, and other required permits. We can also assist with project start-up activities such as business and market research, communications, sourcing capital, and recruiting project partners.
