The preparation of a City adopted neighbourhood plan creates the foundation for revitalizing a 300 acre farm and creating a lakeside community of up to 1000 homes, craft businesses, seasonal celebrations, and local food for Kamloops. To advance development, conceptual plans and marketing materials were prepared and used to recruit potential investors and developers. The first development phase is expected to be underway in 2019.
