Since 1996, Lindros Project Development has offered hands on land planning, design, and project development expertise to forward thinking land owners and managers throughout British Columbia.

We help First Nations, developers, municipalities, regional districts, the Province of British Columbia, and non-profit organizations create land assets by shaping projects that are environmentally sensitive, socially responsive, and fiscally sound.

We are centered on guiding progressive change in both physical and social landscapes. Physical projects reposition property for alternative use envisioned by our clients. Social impact projects touch the lives of people and their communities. Both project types often overlap in scope and impact.

Our development planning portfolio is diverse. Master planned communities, new villages, infill neighbourhoods, waterfront recreational property, industrial parks, conservation lands, boutique resorts, tourist attractions, highway commercial property, school campuses, and brownfield sites are what we work on.

The scale of land related projects range from one to over one thousand acres located in small cities, rural communities, First Nations reserves, and recreational land throughout British Columbia.

As a small independent firm, Lindros Project Development regularly collaborates with professionals in engineering, economics, planning, environmentals, and architecture. Most of our work is executed within a multidisciplinary team structure assembled to meet the specific needs of each project.
